Frequently asked questions

How are invoices counted?
An invoice is counted once it has been uploaded and parsed. Re-reviewing or editing an already-parsed invoice doesn't add to your count.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
Nothing breaks. You'll be billed the per-invoice overage rate for your tier at the end of the cycle. If overage exceeds the next tier's price, we'll suggest upgrading.
What counts as a project or department?
A project is a job, property, or initiative you track invoices against. Departments are the internal cost centers invoices are routed to for approval.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans prorate on upgrade.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional include a 14-day free trial — no card required to start parsing your first invoices.
